International returns
We don't offer free return expenses for international orders. Delivery costs must be covered by the customer and can be arranged through our returns platform above.
Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 10–20 business days for processing.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn and unused
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in perfect condition
Additional Information
Archive & sample items: returns will be issued exclusively as a voucher for future purchases.
