Any items from SS26 purchased at www.wearethenewsociety.com may be returned within 15 days upon reception of the goods (except old collections, Archive, and Sale items, which cannot be returned). Items from previous collections may be returned for a store credit (discount coupon) only. Refunds will not be issued for these items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is from Spain or Europe, in the IF Returns portal you will have the option to manage the return shipment through our courier service, and the corresponding cost will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is from outside Spain or Europe, the return shipment must be arranged at your own expense using the shipping method of your choice.

Once the return has been processed and approved, the refund may take up to 20 business days to appear in your original payment method. The exact timing will depend on your bank.
