Emily, could you tell us about your background in the world of music and art? Was it your passion and dedication since you were a child, or is it something you became more interested in as you grew up?

-  Since I was young, my dream has been to be an artist. I liked to sing, and I grew my dream by imagining myself on TV.

I tried to make a debut in Korea, but it didn't go well, and I was depressing because I didn't get a result for a long time, Then I got the opportunity to go to Taiwan and achieve my dream.
In fact, since I was young, I was far from music or art in terms of environment.
However, I like music and have dreamed of becoming an artist since I was young.

We know that, despite some professional commitments, you share many precious moments with your daughter Ellie.

How do you manage to balance work with the care and education of your Ellie, especially considering that an artistic career involves a high level of dedication and time.

- When I gave birth to a child, I was already not active in a girl group, so I was able to be more faithful to my family.
But when you become a mother, there comes a moment when you definitely decide which part to focus more on in your career or home.
In my case, if the child is young, I thought it was right to devote myself more to the family.
I wanted to leave a happy and unforgettable childhood for my child.
And I still have no regrets about this decision.

Ellie, having the great example of her mother, what would she like to be when she grows up? Would she like to follow in her mother's footsteps?

- Ellie likes music and dancing since she was young.

I think it's from my DNA.
She also likes to sing, so she listens to her favorite songs few times and memorizes the lyrics. But I think we need to observe more in the future. Because children's interests keep changing as they grow up.

Finally, we would like to know if there is anything you would like to change in your life that you have done, if so why and what?

- There's actually nothing I want to change in my life. It's because the difficulties that I've experienced are precious experiences that made me grow.
However, if I could change one thing, I wonder what it would have been like if I came to Taiwan earlier and built my career earlier.

Emily. We are delighted that people like you, who represent values and aesthetics similar to ours, are role models for society.
